Family Photos

A few days ago I had the opportunity to take some pictures for our friends. Their little girl was not very interested in taking pictures, but I think that we were able to get some good ones.

Little Angel

Katie was blessed in church on October 21, 2007. She looked really cute in her white dress and bonnet. Sarah even put little white shoes on her little feet.

During the blessing, Katie started to get a little fussy, so her Papa stuck his finger in her mouth. That made her happy and she sucked on his finger for the remainder of the blessing.

Both sets of grandparents along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins came to see her. Afterwards, we were so busy entertaining that we didn't get any more pictures of her in the blessing dress. Finally I took time yesterday to get some pictures.

Sweet Tooth

The sweet smell of trick-or-treat candy has to be one of my favorites. I love the scent of that glorious mix of candy. Whenever I smell it, I think back to all the wonderful times of Halloweens past. It has to be one of the best parts of this holiday. If only I could capture that smell like I do this picture.

My Little Buddy

I had to post a picture of my little buddy, Benjamin. It seems like I've only been taking pictures of Katie and Joelle lately. Ben is turning out to be a really good kid. He loves to help carry in groceries. I really enjoy being his dad.

We grabbed this picture right before church started today. He does not like having his picture taken, especially when I'm taking more than one.

Joelle's Baptism

Joelle decided to be baptised. She was baptised on October 20, 2007. It was a very special day and we are all so proud of her. I can't believe that she is growing up so quickly. It only seems like yesterday when I was holding here in my arms as a little baby girl.

8 Years Old

Joelle just recently turned 8 years old. Her Nana sent her this outfit for her birthday.

Katie has started smiling now. She is turning out to be so much fun.
